PDS- Placement Guarantee Terms

• Placement Guarantee is an optional feature that a participant can choose to opt for, after the training.
• Participants can decide if they want placement Guarantee or not once they have done their course, assignments and projects. In case one is able to get a job on their own, then the payment towards placement Guarantee can be saved.
• An administrative cost towards “Placement Guarantee” Rs 999(+ GST) will be charged separately to those opting for this facility.
• Even if one does not choose the placement Guarantee option, they will get all the benefits like resume preparation & evaluation, Mock interviews and Placement assistance.
• Participants opting/requesting for placement Guarantee program will be vetted by the trainers, team leads of Projects, Junior Trainers, for the Attendance, Assignment submissions (for a min 80% correct assignment submissions) and active Project participation.
• If a candidate is found to be lacking in any of the above said requirements, the said candidate may be “Counselled” to improve their performance and try again. Once they are ready they can then opt for the placement Guarantee option.
• If 360DigiTMG is not able to place the candidate within a stipulated time of 6 months from entering into the “Placement guarantee contract” the charges collected towards- the course fee will be refunded . However, the external certification charges and the statutory charges will not be refunded.
