Work force analytics is a collection of sophisticated metrics and data analysis tools for fully assessing and enhancing employee performance. Standards include the duration of recruiting price per employment, participating rate, rate of retention, adding rate, rate of exchange, time for beginning, and offer. They also include staffing, training, and skill development standards.

Difference between Workforce Analytics and HR Analytics

Workforce analysis is rigorously identified concerning analytics software that manages and reports employee data.

  • Recruitment
